Dondha Sports provides customized football uniforms, goalkeeper kits, training wear, team apparel, and other sportswear products.
Our products may be manufactured in collaboration with independent production partners according to customer-approved designs and specifications.

All quotations are subject to confirmation of product specifications, quantities, customization requirements, material availability, and shipping destination.
Submitting a quotation request does not automatically create a confirmed order.
An order is confirmed once Dondha Sports has accepted the order, the required design and specifications have been approved, and the agreed payment requirements have been satisfied.
Minimum order quantities, where applicable, will be communicated before order confirmation.
Unless otherwise stated, prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD).
Prices may vary depending on order quantity, fabric selection, printing methods, customization requirements, and shipping destination.
A quotation may be revised before order confirmation if specifications or quantities change.
Once an order is confirmed, any additional charges arising from customer-requested changes will be communicated for approval before proceeding.
Currency conversion fees, international bank charges, and payment provider fees may apply depending on the customer's payment method and location.
Dondha Sports issues payment invoices through PayPal for customer orders.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the invoice amount, currency, order details, and payment instructions before making payment.
Payment terms, including any required advance payment or remaining balance, will be communicated and agreed upon before order confirmation.
Production normally begins after final design approval and confirmation of the required payment.

Dondha Sports may provide design proofs or mockups for approval.
Once a customer approves the final design and production begins, changes may not be possible.
Minor differences between digital previews and finished products may occur due to screen settings, printing methods, fabric characteristics, and manufacturing processes. Such differences do not remove any rights customers may have regarding defective or incorrectly supplied products.
By submitting logos, team crests, trademarks, images, or other artwork, customers confirm that they own the materials or have permission to use them for the requested products.
Customers remain responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions from the relevant rights holders.
Dondha Sports may use submitted artwork solely as reasonably necessary to prepare quotations, create designs, coordinate production, and fulfill the customer's order.
We may decline requests involving artwork that appears to infringe third-party rights or violate applicable laws.
Production of customized sportswear typically takes 15–25 days, depending on order quantity, design complexity, customization requirements, and material availability.
Production normally begins after final design approval and confirmation of the required payment.
Production estimates do not include international shipping, customs clearance, or delivery time.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant production delays when they become known.
Production timelines are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless a specific deadline has been expressly agreed upon in writing.
Dondha Sports arranges international shipping according to the destination and delivery arrangements agreed upon for each order.
Shipping charges and estimated delivery arrangements will be communicated before order confirmation where applicable.
Delivery estimates may be affected by customs inspections, courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, local taxes, and other government-imposed fees.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, customers are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, and customs-related charges in the destination country.
Customers are also responsible for checking whether any local import restrictions apply to the products ordered.
Customers should contact Dondha Sports as soon as possible if they wish to request a cancellation or modification.
Cancellation or changes may be possible before production begins, subject to the status of the order, work already completed, and any non-recoverable costs, where permitted by applicable law.
Once custom production has started, orders generally cannot be cancelled or modified due to a change of mind.
Any cancellation request will be reviewed in accordance with the agreed order terms and applicable consumer protection laws.
Because our products are customized according to customer-approved specifications, orders that match those specifications are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect customer-selected sizing, except where required by law.
If an order contains a manufacturing defect, incorrect customization, wrong items, or a significant deviation from the approved specifications caused by Dondha Sports or its production partners, customers should notify us within 14 days of delivery.
Customers should provide their order details, a description of the issue, and clear supporting photographs.
After reviewing and verifying the claim, Dondha Sports will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, remake, or refund, subject to applicable law.
This 14-day reporting period does not limit any non-excludable statutory rights.

Customers are responsible for selecting suitable sizes and providing accurate measurements where required.
We encourage customers to review the applicable size chart and confirm sizing requirements before approving production.
If an incorrect size results from information supplied or approved by the customer, a return or remake may not be available.
If the sizing error was caused by Dondha Sports or its production partners, the issue will be reviewed under our manufacturing error policy.
We aim to supply products that substantially match the approved order specifications.
Reasonable variations may occur in fabric texture, stitching placement, printed color appearance, or measurements within disclosed and appropriate manufacturing tolerances.
Nothing in this section excludes responsibility for genuine manufacturing defects, materially incorrect products, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
We aim to keep website descriptions, product information, and images accurate and up to date.
However, product availability, specifications, and website content may change.
Photographs and digital mockups are intended to illustrate products and designs. Final production specifications will be based on the details approved for the confirmed order.
We may correct genuine website errors and will communicate any material changes affecting an unfulfilled order.
Visitors agree not to misuse our website or attempt to interfere with its operation, security, or functionality.

Where such circumstances materially affect an order, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the customer and discuss available options.
Any rights or remedies required by applicable law will remain unaffected.

Personal information and design files may be shared with relevant service providers and production partners where reasonably necessary to fulfill orders.

These Terms & Conditions are intended to be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws.
If a dispute arises, customers are encouraged to contact Dondha Sports first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication.
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or protections available under the laws applicable to a customer.
We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in our services, business operations, or legal requirements.

Changes will not automatically alter the agreed terms of an already confirmed order unless permitted by law or agreed with the customer.
