Interlock polyester (130gsm)

Our lightest match-day weight, used on the Apex line. Mesh underarm panels ventilate heat during sprints.

💎

Diamond-knit polyester (150gsm)

A textured knit with more structure, used where clubs want a heavier hand-feel without losing breathability.

🧤

Padded poly-spandex (210gsm)

Goalkeeper-specific fabric with foam-backed elbow zones and a grip-textured chest panel.

🌀

Poly-tricot bonded (220gsm)

Used in tracksuits for wind resistance while staying flexible enough for warm-up drills.

Printing

Dye-sublimation, not screen print

Screen-printed graphics sit on top of the fabric and eventually crack or peel. Dye-sublimation infuses color directly into the fibers, so your crest, sponsor mark, and patterns are part of the fabric itself — they won't fade, crack, or peel with washing.

Heat + pressure Dye becomes gas, bonds to fiber Result: color that is part of the fabric
